How the chart works

Rather than reveal my actual measurements - I may be mad, but I’m not that mad - I’m only going to report the change in measurements over time.

Rather than report weight, I’m going to report distances. I’ve never been bothered about my weight, only my size. As fat turns to muscle you can gain weight (as muscle is denser than fat), so BMI doesn’t actually tell you much.

Each measurement is taken and recorded (secretly, and then hidden in my special secret hiding place). Each week I re-measure and publish the change in the measurement (in cm). That way I can keep track of progress and maintain a healthy sense of shame.
